Account Suspension & Closure
Ph96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, suspected fraud, violation of Terms & Conditions, or involvement in illegal activities.
If an account is closed, identity verification will be required to recover any legitimate balance. Balances associated with fraudulent accounts will be forfeited.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method; however, all active bonuses will be forfeited.
